Not suitable for person who wfh the entire week. ideally looking for a professional house mate. The house is a a few minutes walk from central Caversham. Cafes, restaurants, post office, Waitrose and the river Thames on your doorstep. All bills included. The lease agreement will include à 4 week notice period for us both to enable us both too exit our contract if we feel it is not working out. This protects us both.
