Shared living/dining room . Lounge for sole use by myself. There is a driveway which can accommodate 2 carefully parked cars if not too wide. You can also purchase a permit from Reading council. Not suitable for person who wfh the entire week. ideally looking for a professional house mate. The house is a a few minutes walk from central Caversham. Cafes, restaurants, post office, Waitrose and the river Thames on your doorstep. All bills included. The lease agreement will include à 4 week notice period for us both to enable us both too exit our contract if we feel it is not working out. This protects us both.
