Looking for a friendly third person to share house with all amenities and a sizeable garden in Theale.

The bedroom has lots of cupboard space and currently has a king size bed in it. You are welcome to downsize or bring your own bed if preferred.

The house is located close to Theale station and Theale town centre, which is just 10minutes walk away as is Theale Medical Centre.; IKEA is just 15 minutes walk.

Theale has excellent transport links to Reading and London by train.

I am a vegetarian, but other house mates are not. So we have two fridges and a shared freezer.. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans etc, but you are welcome to bring your own, if you prefer.

The house has all modcons including broadband etc. The house was previously let almost unfurnished, so if you would like me to supply more furniture for your room please advise.

Although there are four people living in the house, you may not know it because I am a live-in landlord who 'lives-in' around 4 nights every 2 weeks; spend most of my time down in Devon.

You will therefore have use of the main family bathroom almost to yourself and the ladies.

The main bedroom has a young woman, who is seldom there, and the other housemate is a psychotherapist.
