This is a lovely spacious, bay fronted ground floor room. The room is fully furnished with a new bed and mattress and recently decorated. A small wardrobe provides hanging space, plus built in cupboards and bookshelves for storage.

The house is a 1930s semi in a quiet close in North Woodley. There is a shared full bathroom on the first floor, with a downstairs toilet/utility, large kitchen, lounge, patio, large rear garden. There is driveway and street parking.

This is a lovely area to live - I have been here for 24 years. We are close to amenities/M4/Reading town centre but also benefit from beautiful countryside on our doorstep.

I am currently the only main occupant, with my daughters returning occasionally at weekends and holidays.

I'm a hard working Mum of two girls who are both away at Uni most of the time. I am welcoming with a good sense of humour, and a love of the outside. I'm a realist, down to earth and kind.

I have lived in Berkshire for around 35 years, Woodley has been my home for the last 24 of these.

My first lodger experienced an unexpected change in circumstances, hence the room is reavailable. I work full-time, very occasionally from home. I am not a pristinely houseproud person, but I do like to keep my house tidy, clean, looking and smelling nice but homely. Must love animals - I have one resident cat and dogs visiting. I am looking forward to meeting someone who I get on with and can enjoy my home with me/us!
