We are looking for a friendly person to join us in our house.

It’s a respectful house there is the option to enjoy each other’s company, sometimes at meal times, we have a sit down and have a chat about our day, play the odd board game on a special occasion or visit an escape room, have a chat on the sofa during the evenings or go for a walk in the countryside together.

However, we also respect if people want their own personal time and space.

It’s a peaceful house of professionals only.

We can offer a spacious lounge area, two modern bathrooms, complete kitchen facilities, off road parking and a beautiful back garden. We are also lucky to have a weekly cleaner that we all contribute too.

Would suit young AWE Apprentice or a Newly qualified teachers, engineers or any other professionals.

House mate 2: Very Polite and courteous well educated 26 yr old male who works at a in engineering. He’s quiet but friendly and likes to spend evenings designing and making miniatures.

House mate 3: Mature 23 yr old girl on physics placement, likes swimming and gym.

After you have viewed the room, if you like the house and would like to reserve a space you will be required to pay a holding deposit - As a retainer to secure rent on the room for 6 months or 1 year.


£500 damages deposit prior to moving in.
The Deposit is refunded and the end of the 6 or 12 month lodging.
