My flatmate is moving out after a year of sharing this amazing property, so her ensuite is available from June 2026.
The landlords are very nice people, always ready to help out with any minor issues.

Big, bright, and clean flat with two bedrooms (one ensuite=yours!), a spacious living room, kitchen, hallway, two big storage rooms and an allocated spot for bikes and allocated parking for one car, currently not used.

The property is very well insulated, hence the bills are really affordable (roughly 40 pounds per month, only in the winter months) . We already have a good deal with a wi-fi running at the property. The house and neighboours are really nice. I am an italian 30 years old girl who works at the University, calm, clean and friendly.
