Commfortable and furnished 3 bedroom house in Reading close to train stations with good commuting times to London and Oxford. Also close to Waitrose, Tescos, a Post office and frequent bus service into Reading town centre.
Near paths along the river and close to a large park for nature lovers!
The existing tenants work in the NHS/Private healthcare. One tenant works from home. There has always been a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the house.
Council tax band is C, there is a pretty garden kept by a gardener who is paid for by the landlords. There is also a bike shed in the garden.
My husband and I manage the letting ourselves and live locally. I belong to the NRLA which is the Landlord Association. We respond to any problems in the house which need fixing very quickly.
