Clean and bright double room in three bedroomed house, in quiet road.

The house is situated in a culdesac and has country side to the back.

I am looking for a tidy, considerate, lodger.

Happy to have lodger for 5 days, Monday to Friday...£500 a month.

There is a spacious kitchen, a shared bathroom and a downstairs toilet.

I have dogs who stay downstairs
and a cat.

The station is a ten minute walk from the house and trains run frequently to Reading, London Paddington and Oxford and Didcot.

The local market town is Wallingford. (6 miles away).

There M4 junction 12 is about 20 mins by car.

Goring is beautifully picturesque village set on the Thames with amazing views. Great local walking. The ancient ridgeway path goes through Goring.

Initially for 4 months..(need the room for 2 weeks at Christmas) but available again after.

I would prefer a female but open minded if reliable references.

There is one caveat.. I will need the room from 19 December to 29th December inclusive as my son coming to stay from Canada.
