Hi!

I have a room available very near Reading town centre - only 20 minutes walking to the station!

Currently in the house is me and my boyfriend. We are socially active people so it may not suit someone who's looking for a quieter living situation.

We're looking for a student or young person to move into the top room of the house. Ideally someone tidy and friendly :)

The house has:
- a garden which backs onto the river
- living room (with a sofa bed)
- dining room
- kitchen (no pics as it needs to be renovated)
- full bathroom
- toilet room
which are all shared.

Council tax band tbc depending on student status.
