We’re two guys (couple, 33 and 34) looking for a great, respectful lodger to join our home (a decent-sized semi-detached house, EPC B). We’re Belgian and pretty chilled — evenings are usually spent relaxing at home, often with some PC gaming, and we’re always up for a good conversation over drinks (at home or out). If you ever fancy discovering some proper Belgian beers, you’re more than welcome to join us!

Please note: the living room is not a shared space, though we’re always happy to share an occasional movie night if you fancy it!

Pets: We have two very friendly indoor cats (Turkish Angoras), just so you know :)

Parking: possible on the street in our quiet suburb.

Occupancy: The room is for sole occupancy. We’re not against the occasional partner visit, as long as it’s kept reasonable.

Compatibility: We usually head to bed between 11 pm and midnight, but we always try to keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm out of consideration for one another. We’re looking for someone with a similarly easy-going and respectful approach to shared living. Ideally, you’ll be in your twenties or thirties and looking for a relaxed, safe, and welcoming home where you can truly feel at ease.

All bills included: water, electricity, gas, fast 1GB WIFI, and council tax.

Deposit: on month rent (negotiable)
