I am a 23 year old female looking for a female housemate. I am working in healthcare and will be going to university in January. The house is a 3 bed semi and the room I am renting is a double room with full use of the main bathroom as I have an ensuit. There is parking on the driveway outside the house. Redditch train station is a 10 minute walk from the house which brings you into Birmingham new street and also stops at the university’s. I am looking for a female that could be a friend not just a housemate. There is only myself living here at the moment and I only have one room to rent. Wardrobes will be fitted soon
