who are we looking for?
Dog friendly, in age between 20 and 40 years old.

We are quiet and friendly settled household looking for a like minded person to join us. We are people from Poland and India under 30.

ROOM

I have a spacious double room in 3 bed house with garden, in Winyates near to One Stop shop.

BATHROOM
Shower room/bathroom is shared and a second facility downstairs.
You have your own shelf in the bathroom.
Toilet paper and cleaning products are always available for use at home.
I do the shopping every month and then we divide the bill costs among the people living in the house.

KITCHEN

In the kitchen you have your own cabinet and fridge shelf and drawer in freezer. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Next to the kitchen there is a common area where you can eat your meal Or spend time in the garden.

You pay £525 for the room once a month. All bills also include WiFi internet access.

You must pay a deposit of £350 for the room, This money will come back to you when you move out.

The cost of monthly shopping for one person is approximately £5 per month.

There is a cleaning rota which everyone takes turn with on a weekly basis.
Mess in this house is unacceptable we are a clean and tidy household.
