I work away most Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, so you would often have the house largely to yourself during the week.

I do have a dog, Finley — he is extremely well trained, friendly and very clean. He is always with me and never left in the house alone. The property is professionally cleaned on a regular basis, including wet vacuuming of carpets, so high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained.

I’m a friendly, tidy and respectful individual who values other people’s space and downtime. I work a lot and some weekends I’m away, so the house is generally quiet and relaxed.
