I am looking for someone very quiet, self-contained, neat and tidy - a professional or someone studying.

I am a Life Coach/therapist and have times during the week when the house needs to be quiet. This is always communicated in advance so that disruption is minimum.

This is a lodging for people who work during the day. Not suitable for 'working from home' or night shifts. They need to be energy/water/environmentally conscious, clean and considerate. Suited to light cooking/kitchen use rather than enthusiastic chefs - as you see from the video, only a small amount of kitchen storage. Heavy drinkers/late night activity is not welcome.

It is a quiet, comfortable and friendly house. I and my partner are quiet, contained, relaxed and considerate. I am also a tidy, open minded, happy person, who respects the privacy of others. I would welcome a like-minded lodger.
