Top Floor (en-suite) - £1000 per calendar month, all bills included. Deposit £875. You will have your own private lounge / desk area.

I do not have recent photos of the top floor due to the current tenant living here for 3 years, but the old pictures are still accurate. However the room is being professionally deep-cleaned next week and will be available for viewings/move in after that. You'll have your own wardrobe section of the room (photos to be taken next week), ensuite and then a bath/shower in the other room, connected to your private lounge.

Please ask if serious about renting the room and I can send you updated photos (with approval of current tenants).

Please note we are NOT a party house. The one rule we have is that it is quiet after 22:00 due to everyone's shift patterns. You are allowed people over, but they are not to stay more than two nights a week.

We are an aviation based house, with the majority of tenants pilots/student pilots. Landlord is also a pilot, so aviation is a common interest with everyone here.

There is a large kitchen, with an oven, microwave, two, two compartment air fryers and a dishwasher. You will have your own fridge/freezer. You have access to the lounge, pool table, table tennis, gym and indoor hot-tub and sauna room.

You'll have your own car parking space, as well as a gate fob to get in and out of the driveway. There are cameras around the gate and driveway in which you can have access if you would like. There is one camera in the main lobby, used for deliveries and to keep an eye on the dog.

Rent is to be paid on the 1st of every month. If moving in on any other day of the month, you’ll be charged from that day-until the end of the month, and then the rent will resume as £1000 on the 1st.

We would consider couples living in the top floor for £1450 pcm.
