I'm renting out the double room and single room in my 3 Bed house. It's newly renovated (September 2025) and fully furnished. I work from home in the dining room where my work computer is set up, so I need people that will be away for work during the day.

I'm an avid reader, quiet and introverted so not much of a talker. I would like a house mate that is okay with that.

The house is a 10-15 min walk to town, closest bus stop (London Road South) - buses 4,5,10,692. Driveway used by me but plenty of off street parking available.

Trains from three bridges, Crawley and Gatwick can get you into central within 35-45 mins.

The house is situated in a Safe, quiet street with mostly families. I am Muslim, so I strongly prefer a female housemate that is okay with the following rules:
-no pork/bacon/ham etc
-no alcohol & smoking
-no male overnight guests
