Double bedroom in a shared house with live in landlord.

Tenant will have double bedroom with built in wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. The main bathroom will be largely for the tenant’s use. There is a shared living room, kitchen-dining space and garden. The property is about a 15 minute walk from Three Bridges station and has good bus links. There is also a driveway.

I am a teacher so need someone who can work with my early mornings and early bed time. I would like someone clean and tidy who is happy to socialise as well as be in their own space.
