Hi! I'm looking for a clean, respectful female housemate to share my lovely home in Reigate.
The room is bright and spacious with large windows providing plenty of natural light. It can comfortably fit a double bed and additional furniture, and there is already a built-in closet, so no wardrobe is needed. I also have some spare furniture available if required.
The house is located in a quiet residential area close to Priory Park, approximately a 15-minute walk to Reigate train station and around 5 minutes from local shops and amenities. There is also a parking space available if you drive.
The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared spaces. The room itself is yours to make your own and decorate however you like, but I'd ask that the shared areas of the house remain as they are.
A little about me
I'm a part-time worker and university student. I'm quite introverted and enjoy a peaceful home environment. I love music, films, gaming, nature, spirituality, meditation, guitar, astrology and cosy nights in. I'm friendly and easy-going, but I value cleanliness, respect and open communication.
Looking for someone who:
• Is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
• Is mindful of energy and water usage where possible
• Recycles and helps keep the house environmentally friendly
• Understands that this is a quiet home rather than a party house
• Is considerate of noise, especially after 10pm
House Rules & Boundaries
• No drugs or illegal substances
• No parties or large gatherings
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
• Guests are welcome occasionally, but regular overnight stays would need discussing first
• Pets may be considered depending on the animal and circumstances
• Respect for shared spaces is important
