The room comes with out a bed so this means you will be able to bring your own bed and furniture. It has a lovely built in clothes cupboard and a integral desk area. My house is directly next to the 98 metro bus which serves the Southwater to Horsham route. This means there is no need for a car. if you are interested in seeing photos I can happily email you photos. For car owners there is good parking round the corner and occasionally on the drive.
I am needing references as that covers both of us. We are a happy household and will welcome you in.
