The newly built 4 bedroom house is situated in a rural location in the village of Colgate there are a choice of two large double bedrooms the larger one has a sitting area the bathroom is shared but (not used by myself) situated on the ground floor of the house , the kitchen / wash room etc is on the second floor shared with me ,
