I'm retired and English speaking, my wife is a student at UCL again and our daughter is at uni UAL. We have a largish house with garden and the top floor is vacant, comprising 2 bedrooms and a shower room. One room may be used occasionally for visitors. Only one front door access.
Share kitchen / lounge etc, no cooking food in room.
We have 2 dogs & 2 cats (Rag Doll), 2 cars in the drive with room at lease for another. Easy walk to village in less than 5 minutes for good bus service, local shops and nice pub.
