I’m looking to rent my flat for a few months, as going away travelling.

It’s a spacious modern flat (new build, 5 years old) in a quiet friendly neighbourhood, and minutes from Gatwick airport and Manor Royal Business Park. Just a 5 minute drive to Three Bridges Station - 35 minute train to London Bridge.

Several pubs within walking distance and a large, beautiful green space right outside the building.

It comes fully furnished, with new features and appliances, and free parking space. Includes dish washer, washing machine/dryer, iron, and microwave.

This is my home, so looking for a responsible guest who will take care of it in my absence.
