I live here myself, I can tell you that this is a lovely place to live. The sun pours into the bedroom and sitting room in the afternoon.

The room is cosy and comfortable ready for you to move in. The kitchen is well equipped and has ample storage space. There is a great shower and spacious sitting room; with two sofas.

I am a friendly, professional male working as a Support Worker and am friendly, fairly quiet and respectful and would want you to feel at home in the flat. You will be more than welcome to make yourself at home in the sitting room. My interests include reading, tennis, cycling, cooking. I may consider couples but this would involve an increase in rent. I am largely a vegetarian but do eat fish and happy to share the flat with meat eaters.

It is 2 minutes walk from Haywards Heath station and Waitrose. Sainsbury's and the Dolphin leisure centre are all less than 5 minutes walk. There is also the lovely Clair park around the corner. It is within walking distance to pubs and restaurants and is surrounded by many fine takeaways!

There are parking restrictions on Sydney Road.
