I live in this two-bedroom property in Commonwealth Drive in Crawley and am looking for a lodger for a double room (almost en-suite) for a single occupant. The rent includes all bills. There is a nice and luxurious common bathroom; however, I am happy to let you use the common bathroom for your purpose, except for access for any occasional visitors I may receive. I have my room with an en suite bathroom. It's a good and safe neighbourhood with a security entrance and CCTV for the main entrance to the building. This is furnished accommodation. It is not crowded, unlike other places, and you would only be sharing the property with me. You will have your lock on the room door from outside and inside. You will have access to the kitchen for cooking.

I am a professional male, easy-going, quiet but friendly, and would prefer a professional person for the spare room. I am a vegetarian and would prefer someone vegetarian if possible. I like to socialise and am involved in different outdoor activities. However, your privacy would be respected. Please feel free to send me a message with a brief about yourself on what you do for a living, etc., and we can discuss a convenient time for your visit.

The room is for single occupancy only. I may prefer a female flatmate as I find that a female housemate is generally more compatible with the quiet, respectful, and tidy living environment I aim to maintain in the property. This is based on past experience and comfort levels, especially as the kitchen is shared. This preference is to ensure a harmonious and comfortable shared living space.

I am happy to arrange a parking permit if you drive; however, the train station, Three Bridges and the Crawley station are all a 15-minute walk, and the town centre is just around 10 minutes walk. There is a good transport facility, and the bus stand is a 2-minute walk away. There is a Tesco Express within a minute's walk. There is a cricket and football stadium within 5 to 10 minutes walk if you are into fitness and like to go for a run, etc. The gym is in the town centre.

It is also ideal for someone working at Gatwick Airport, or is a flight crew member or if you are working in London and need a quick connection.

No estate agent or referencing fees, etc.
