Friendship Cohousing is looking for lodgers and prospective members to join our household at Maningham House, Illogan - a choice of rooms are currently available, both Single & Double rooms with some en-suite. Available furnished or un-furnished.

All residents have exclusive use of private bedroom(s), as well as shared use of a large kitchen, multiple bathrooms, living room, dining room, quiet room, conservatory, large gardens, food growing areas & polytunnels and private woodland.

We are also on the edge of several public woodlands, including Illogan Woods that leads to Portreath - a favourite walk to the beach of residents at Maningham. While close to Portreath and Tehidy, we are also in short walking distance to a pub, primary school, GP surgery and corner shop.

We frequently cook, eat, have tea/coffee and tend to the garden and the house together, but this is not mandatory. We are Quaker-founded and aim to live by Quaker values of Truth, Peace, Simplicity and Honesty - and welcome all faiths and none. We also are ecofocused and are working towards an ecological set up. Price includes all bills (for one person, more than one person will be an extra charge) including Wi-Fi.

We are a multi-generational community (from 6 to 86) and welcome inquiries from people of all ages (and especially families!). We are at present a varied group with a wide range of interests and experiences between us.

A note regarding pets; we are at present unlikely to accept new residents with pets. We currently have two well-behaved dogs in residence.
