You also have use of downstairs lounge, kitchen, bathroom, shower and washing machine. Aldi, Farmfoods, Greggs, Subway, Cafe India, Beijing Banquet, barbers, hairdressers, nail bars and places of worship are all nearby. Renfrew Leisure Centre and the David Lloyd Club are nearby also. It has good lighting, good air quality, is free from damp and you can live here happily for less than £1 per hour over the entire month. Including bills, it's £650 pcm on a rolling month-by-month contract basis with a £350 deposit and one months notice of termination.
