Looking for a mature person to live in a 4 bedroom detached house with small garden
The house is spacious and has a modern kitchen looking out on to a small garden, with washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle, etc. And the bedroom is a decent size with a double bedroom, and cupboards. and has access to a shared bathroom. And there is a small living room/ snug room down stairs. There's internet connection, but I'm afraid the wifi is a little slow (but there is also a pub 5 mins away, that has it too).
The house is near amenities, such as local shops and 6 mins walk to the train station and 15 mins walk to Retford Town Centre,
I'd like someone who is fairly clean and tidy. respectful, honest, fairly quiet, independent but friendly in a relaxed environment. (It's not a place where you bring noisy house mates in and out)..
And it's important you have a job, during the day or weekends/ or you are a mature full-time student.
You'll be sharing with 2 other people, two men, 7 days a week. (and a female person who's around during the weekends only) also there are no couples.
If interested, the best time to view the room is the weekends and you can view from the 11th of July onwards., and the moving date will start from July 11th..
And please, only contact me if you are seriously looking for a place. Thank you
