The room for rent is on the ground floor with a shared toilet adjacent. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a study, and a shared shower room & bathroom. In the attic there are two rooms.

We are a professional couple who work from home. Our son has left to go to university, and we do not need such a large house for ourselves. We have two small friendly dogs. We both enjoy health & fitness (cycling, climbing, yoga) I love to cook, and we are both social without being party animals.
