A bright double room is available for a short let from mid-December for approximately 2–3 months, with some flexibility around the dates.

The flat is located on Richmond Hill, just a 12-minute walk from Richmond Station, overlooking the river and right by the famous viewing point. The river is only a 3-minute walk away, and Richmond Park is around 8 minutes on foot. It’s a truly beautiful area, and one that we absolutely love.

You’d be sharing the flat with just one other person, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, and will treat the home as their own.

The room would be ideal for someone between contracts, relocating to London, or simply looking for a temporary base while finding something more permanent.
