Hi! I’m the current housemate, but I’m moving out, so my room will be available from 1st November. There is also a second room available immediately.

The house is a friendly, relaxed household of young professionals. It’s a quieter, well-kept home rather than a party house, and everyone is respectful of the shared space and keeps things clean and tidy.

The rooms

Room 1 – £1,100 pcm + bills
My room, available from 1st November. A lovely double room with its own Juliet balcony, bringing in lots of natural light and giving the room a really nice feel.

Room 2 – £1,100 pcm + bills
Available immediately. A bright and comfortable double room.

Both rooms are located on the top floor of the property and share the bathroom directly opposite them, giving the two rooms their own more private area of the house. The other housemates use the bathroom downstairs, and there is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The house

The house is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a shared kitchen and living area. There’s also a big garden, which is a lovely bonus and great for relaxing or enjoying when the weather is nice.

The location is fantastic — a short walk from both Richmond and St Margarets, with the river right nearby. There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and excellent transport links within easy reach.

Overall, it’s a comfortable and friendly home that suits people who enjoy living with others but also appreciate a peaceful, clean and relaxed environment.
