The home is near Mortlake train station (around a 12-minute walk), with a bus stop at the top of the road serving Hammersmith Bridge, Clapham Junction, Richmond and Twickenham. It's also around a 25-minute walk from Kew Gardens tube station, and a short bus ride from Richmond tube station. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. 🛌 THE IDEAL LODGER:
The retired couple are looking for a lady lodger over 25 years that can assist 10-15 hours a week with company, occasional cooking (1- 2 times a week) some laundry help and help washing the dishes. This will suit someone that works full time or part -time. This homeshare can work well with the lodger working from an office or working part-time from home. The couple are a friendly, sociable pair who have hosted lodgers before, including a Ukrainian family who lived with them for several years. They enjoy watching TV together, particularly BBC1 during the day and Agatha Christie mysteries in the evening. They have a large family, and enjoy spending time with them, and attend church together. The older lady has mild dementia and her husband is very independent. They support each other.
