I was originally looking to take on this room but circumstances have changed and I now have to look for someone else to take it.

The room is within Ardmuir’s 207 King Street complex that is a 10 minute walk from the University of Aberdeen, a 5 minute walk from Union Street and is right next door to Morrison’s supermarket (the building on the right of the first photo).

The room is within the “5 bed superior” room if you look on Ardmuir’s website.

Because Ardmuir is private student accommodation, all 4 flatmates (who I have not met) are students.

They are happy for either a future tenant to take over my contract or for me to sublet the room - while I would prefer the former, if you’d prefer the latter I won’t change more than the set price.
