This flat is amazing place to live with great roommates are understanding flatmates who love to socialize and also respect privacy.

The flat is 20-25 minutes walk away from the University of Aberdeen and 15-18 minutes away from the union Square, city centre.

Also, grocery stores like lidl is 2 minutes walk from the flat and morrisons is 10 minutes walk.

George Street with all the go-to restaurant is just a 10 minute walk from this place.

The flat includes all bills with the rent. Parking is available but you might have a pay extra for it.

I'm looking for only students and the place is available for working professionals. So, please leave me a message if you're interested and a student.
