Hi, I'm going into second year at University of Aberdeen and will be living in the flat while renting out the 2 spare rooms to other students.

The flat is about a 20 minute walk from the uni (or 6 mins on the bus), and 5 minute walk from Archibald Simpsons Weatherspoons and the beach.

The room is very spacious with a king size bed and losts of storage space. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and shared garden.

The room is ready and I'm flexible with dates so if anyone is just needing a room for a couple of months I can do that aswell as long term.

Rent is £495 per month including bills
