Hello,
I am looking to rent out a room in my 2 bed top floor flat. The flat is located near to town/the beach and Aberdeen University. It has unrestricted street parking and a shared garden.
The double room is fully furnished and very generous in size (built in wardrobes). The living room, kitchen and bathroom are also fully furnished and will be shared with one other girl.
She is currently studying in her 3rd year and is clean and tidy as well as sociable in the evenings and weekends.
I am looking for 350pcm for rent (and internet) and you would share the council tax and electricity/gas bills with the other girl.
