A large double bedroom with a private bathroom on the 5th floor of a modern apartment block (lift access) with views of the beach.
It's a spacious flat with with big bedrooms and a big living space with amazing views all around. It's walking distance to the city centre, UoA and a stones throw from the beach and Pittodrie.
I'm frequently away so you'll find yourself alone with the flat kind of often and I do look after a dog for a few months a year so you must be okay with that!! The photos of the room/living room are from last year moving in so slightly out of date but there's no major changes aside some redecorating and change of furniture.
My roommate is moving away around the end of November so there's potential for earlier entry than the 1st of December depending on what she ends up doing.
