We are a pair of students at Imperial College looking for 2 other flatmates to join our contract. We both study STEM and love yoga, the outdoors, traveling and good vibes in general:)

It is close to Barnes Rail Station, providing links to Waterloo in 30 min. Also a great option for cyclists (30 min to South Kensington, 10 min to Hammersmith)

We would prefer students but professionals are welcome. Please mind that council tax (Wandsworth Band C) must be paid by professionals. You may be eligible for a student-sharers discount.

Bills are an estimated £35-55pcm depending on usage.

We think it’s a great value, it’s been freshly renovated, gets lots of sunlight and great ventilation.

References are a must and a fair rent division will be discussed thoroughly before signing the contract. The double room is substantially larger compared to the other 3. There is currently space for 1 couple or 2 individuals (max. total occupancy of 4)
