Hi there!

My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to fill her room from early/mid June.

It is a two bed flat in a great location. It is less than a five minute walk to Putney rail and less than ten minutes to East Putney. There are also lots of shops, resturants, cafes in the area.

Rent is £900 and doesn't include bills but they generally come to roughly £100-120 per month.

It is a cozy room with a nice view and big window with a large amount of storage. You would be sharing with one other flatmate. Looking for someone laidback and tidy who is sociable but also has their won lifestyle outside the flat as well.

About me - I am an Australian who has been living in London for the last 4 years. I work in central and go in most days but there is space for someone to work from home. I like to watch terrible tv, drinks lots of coffee, run (gross) and enjoy the occasional weekend (or weekday) drink.
