I am looking for a responsible female tenant who would like to rent out the room. I have two children and cats living in the home. You must have a DBS check. The room is on its own private floor and can be locked from the inside and outside. The en-suite has a toilet and shower and the room has plenty of wardrobe space and storage. The balcony doors are looking out into fields surrounding the house. The kitchen can be used at any time with the conditions that it’s kept tidy and the washing machine is available for use as well. There will be a designated cupboard in the kitchen. One shelf in the fridge and freezer for you to use.
