Hi,
I am going away for the summer months 🎉🎉 and my room is free. I am looking for somebody to take over from the 1st of June until September (flexible dates).
This is a new-built flat so I am the first one to use the room, which is double 👑 -but real double, not those that the only thing double is the bed-.
The flat and the room are with the basics, because we are just buying furniture as we can, month by month. But my room has a wardrobe, two bedsits, a nice mirror and a stand-up desk -although not sure if my flatmate will want to use while I am away🤔.
The kitchen has all the basics -well, basics for me: oven, micro, dishwasheeeeeeeer!!-, we unfortunately don't have kettle yet 😭 and we don't have a coffe machine -we don't drink coffee, which is weird considering we are Spanish and Italian 😯.
The flat is white and grey -no my favourite colours- but we have the most amazing thing: liiiiiight every day. Sun rises from the west side and goes down to the east side. Depending on the season of the year we are able to see the sun going down behind London's skyline. Yeeep! Cute.
Bills are not included. Rent is a bit expensive for the area, but I guess it is because the apartment is new. Anyway bills are around £200 (less but I am writing this at 21.31pm, my brain does not work at this time of the day, you know? So It is a bit less, in fact).
I may visit a weekend or two, but I will be staying in the other room, so do not worry.
Mmmm... I think that is it.
Before somebody gets in touch, and if you are reading until here... Congrats! 🎉
- No, this room is only for one person
- The room is only for a woman, that is how we establish that it will be.
