I am looking for one house mate only!! to share my house and you would have the house to yourself when not home as I live by myself.

Property has undergone some renovation and is kept clean at all times.
The house has a spacious living room, the kitchen is of good size and enough cupboards as required, fridge/freezer, air fryer, pantry, washing machine, oven and cooker. there are two bathrooms with shower and storages, one of bathroom would be yours most of the time, your room has a wardrobe, bed drawer, office table and a chair.

Ideally the house mate is a working professional who is considerate, understanding, friendly, clean and tidy.
I would prefer someone who DO not work from home.

It is important that my home is clean, safe and a happy environment.
I would be respectful, honest, considerate to you at all times.
The house is strictly let on a single occupancy basis only.

Rents includes - Gas, electricity, water, broadband, cleaning supplies (reasonable use), domestic products- kitchen roll, bin bags, toilet roll(reasonable use)
