I am a living in landlord. It's a spacious bedroom in the spacious 1 bedroom flat. It was built in 2017 and stil in very good condition. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Harold Wood stations on Elizabeth Line. 5 minutes walk to the park and there are lots of green areas in the development. Have shops by the stations and big Tesco 10 minutes walk away. Area is nice, quite and safe. Council tax band is C. It is a ground floow flat with a seperate entrance.
