I am a live-in landlord offering a spacious double bedroom in a well-maintained one-bedroom flat. The property was built in 2017 and is still in very good condition.
It is less than a 5-minute walk to Harold Wood station on the Elizabeth Line, with a park also just 5 minutes away. The development has plenty of green spaces, and there are shops near the station, as well as a large Tesco within a 10-minute walk.
The area is nice, quiet and safe. The flat is in Council Tax Band C and is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance.
I respect personal space and keep the home tidy. I have over 20 years’ experience of sharing living spaces with others and have always maintained good relationships.
