Hi, I’m seeking a professional person to rent a room in my house, I will be living in house until late December, but then I am away for four months.

I would like someone to join me in my home before I leave, anytime from beginning October onwards. When I leave I would expect person to respect my home and also if possible care for my elderly cat. He’s no trouble, but does like company so a cat friendly person is a requirement! My street is very friendly and neighbours can also help out with cat feeding!

I am open to someone who might want the room from Monday to Friday and I would be happy to adjust the price accordingly. Since this room will be let over winter period, I would prefer a contribution to gas and electric bills.

My house is a lovely period property in centre of Romsey, minutes from Waitrose and the train station. The location is hard to beat, situated in a friendly, quiet street.

There is a shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen and some access to lounge area. When I am away person would have sole access to all these areas, at no additional cost, effectively renting the whole property.
