Well suited to Rose Bruford or Bird College students (10-15 min walk). We are an international couple in late 30s with our two boys who is 3 and 5 years old. Ideally looking for somebody who is easy going and comfortable around children and is use to family life. Room is well suited to a female student or professional.

Its a sunny double room in spacious home that is in a lovely, safe, leafy and well located neighbourhood.
Our home is conveniently situated a 10-15 min walk from Sidcup or New Eltham train stations and Sidcup high street. Trains run approx every 10-15 mins into central London (Waterloo East, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street- Bank).

The house has a large kitchen diner overlooking the patio \ Garden which is shared. Its a lovely and very quiet street so no bus noises. Your room has a bay window wich gives it a bright and airy feeling. It's downstairs, next to the front door - with your own loo\shower next to it.

Rest of rooms\bathrooms are upstairs so its only you on ground level.
Decent appliances throughout - Washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, large chest freezer.


Free parking outside of the house.
