Double room within our family home. Room is furnished but does not include desk, chair, computer, TV shown in photo but I do have a 32” tv if required. Includes double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bookcase, bedside table. Also can put a white dressing table/desk if needed. The room is on the ground floor and there is a shared shower room on the ground floor. Use of the family room, kitchen, garden/patio and washing machine. Non permit parking in road.

I have 3 children, 17, 19, 22 (two boys and a girl) plus a very friendly small dog called Jack.

We’re a very sociable, easy going family and think this might suit a younger person.

We are between Sidcup and New Eltham station, several local shops, restaurants nearby.
