The house is approximately 20 minutes by bus from Avery Hill Campus.

Albany Park station is around a 10-minute walk away, with direct trains to London Bridge taking about 30 minutes.

The 132 bus route to North Greenwich is also just a 10-minute walk from the house.

At the back of the property are Bexley Woods, a lovely spot for a walk and some fresh air after work or study.
