Friendly houseshare with all females 22-25 year olds and looking for a mature friendly housemate in our house in Avery Hill, New Eltham by the University of Greenwich Avery Hill Campus (about 5-10 minutes walk) and Rose Bruford College (20 minutes by bus)

We are 18 minutes walk away from two stations New Eltham & Falconwood (Zone 4) and fast train of 20mins into Central London.

Double room (£750 pcm)

The room will become available with all bills, completely furnished.

The deposit required is £500. The bills included are all utilities, fibre broadband
and communal cleaning
