It’s just a 30-second walk to the bus station, with regular links to Manchester, Burnley, Blackburn, and Bury. Tesco, Asda, ALDI, Lidl, and M&S are all located in Rawtenstall, making everyday shopping easy and accessible.
The M66 bypass/motorway is a 1-minute drive from the house.

The house is situated on a quiet street and offers public parking immediately outside the house.
