I live in a stone terrace in Rawtenstall. 5 mins walk from the centre. It's a unique location, looking down into the valley, in a nice spot with nothing but trees out the front and sun all day in the yard. I will be mostly catching up on the last few diy bits after the last tenants, and doing small renovations here and there. I also do photography work.
House is fully furnished.
I'm liberal and open to anyone from any background. The house will be changing slowly, the pictures were the last ones i took and don't include the whole house while i get it prepped!
Also the rent is just an estimate and depends on which room, so I put a ballpark figure.
Personally I'm very chill, and know Rawtenstall very well, but lived in manc for 17 years. I would like to share with someone trustworthy and - preferably - also chill, and arty. I won't be here all the time so you would be trusted with my stuff ha.
