This spacious 4.5m x 3.6m double bedroom has two south-west-facing windows, wooden shutters, and pleasant rural hillside views to the rear. It is carpeted and furnished with a king-size ottoman bed, dressing table, and bookcase, with a desk available if needed. The property will be shared with me, the landlord, and my 17-year-old daughter; my girlfriend also stays occasionally. We are usually there around three days a week, so you will have the house to yourself most of the time including most weekends. Ideally, we are looking for a working professional.

The house is an attractive natural stone semi-detached property on a quiet, tree-lined avenue in a semi-rural part of the Rossendale Valley. A key feature is the rear outlook over the rural valley landscape. A secluded timber-decked veranda, accessed through patio doors, enjoys sunshine for most of the day. The shared kitchen and lounge are both at the rear, making the most of the garden and views. The kitchen includes a washer dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a corner bath with a wall-mounted shower, with hot water and central heating supplied by a gas-fired combi boiler. There is also a separate ground-floor WC.

Off-road parking for one car is included in the rent. An electric vehicle charging point is available, with usage charged separately based on mileage readings.

Rent is all-inclusive for single occupancy seven days a week, although alternative arrangements can be agreed. Fibre broadband is included.
